"It was such a pleasant experience with talking with Fredy on the phone concerning questions I had about a recent claim that I had submitted.

"Was a State Farm customer for 17 years. Recently involved in a crash (other party’s fault). The claims process has been drawn out for over a month(with no end in sight) and have still yet to hear from Villatoro himself (also never heard from him in all the time he was my agent). I paid all my dues and was never in an at-fault accident. Do not give State Farm money, and especially do not use this office as they are non-responsive. The only silver lining was when I asked for policy information to move on to another company they emailed it without reservation (though given how long I had been a customer, you think they’d call to ask why I was leaving…)"

Regarding your recent claim, I understand how important it is to have timely updates. The claims process can be complex, especially when dealing with another party's insurance. My team and I strive to provide accurate information, we also as the agency do not have any control over underwriting decisions, and I regret if we did not meet your expectations in this instance. We also do not know if these things will affect rates or not. As each situation is unique, our team couldn’t give a definitive answer because it depends on various factors determined by underwriting once the claim is resolved.
I understand that you did not feel sufficiently supported during this process. I apologize if there was a miscommunication or if you felt your needs were not fully met. I would have been happy to speak with you directly had you requested to speak with me.
We aim to serve our customers with the utmost care and responsiveness, and I regret that this was not your experience. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve our services. "I don’t have an agent, every time I need something someone new answers the phone and the person I ask for is gone a new one came. 4 agents in 3 years.
Horrible!
No one knows no one, employees come and go like in a Burger King,
In other words you don’t have an agent just a data entry person in between you and the company.
If you sent an email with a question often they send a non related answer like they don’t understand the question but answered anyway.
I did not mention any individual, again lost in space!"
