"Was a State Farm customer for 17 years. Recently involved in a crash (other party’s fault). The claims process has been drawn out for over a month(with no end in sight) and have still yet to hear from Villatoro himself (also never heard from him in all the time he was my agent). I paid all my dues and was never in an at-fault accident. Do not give State Farm money, and especially do not use this office as they are non-responsive. The only silver lining was when I asked for policy information to move on to another company they emailed it without reservation (though given how long I had been a customer, you think they’d call to ask why I was leaving…)"

We also do not know if these things will affect rates or not. "I don’t have an agent, every time I need something someone new answers the phone and the person I ask for is gone a new one came. 4 agents in 3 years. Horrible! No one knows no one, employees come and go like in a Burger King, In other words you don’t have an agent just a data entry person in between you and the company. If you sent an email with a question often they send a non related answer like they don’t understand the question but answered anyway. I did not mention any individual, again lost in space!"

"I would like to commend State Farm Customer Relations Representative Jessica Ramirez of Sterling, Virginia for taking the extra effort to find information on a 2001 financial document that was required to pay back taxes. When Jessica could not locate the information in her database, she contacted State Farm headquarters where after a lengthy search she was successful.
