"I don’t have an agent, every time I need something someone new answers the phone and the person I ask for is gone a new one came. 4 agents in 3 years. Horrible! No one knows no one, employees come and go like in a Burger King, In other words you don’t have an agent just a data entry person in between you and the company. If you sent an email with a question often they send a non related answer like they don’t understand the question but answered anyway. I did not mention any individual, again lost in space!"
